Absolutely great. I have only been to the club twice but on both occasions the receptionists were happy and cheerful. Then i had the good fortune to see Howard on my first visit and Tony on my second visit. Their expertise and assistance was far in excess of what i expected. Many, many thanks for all your help. It is a great facility suiting people such as i who have little knowledge of the " SMART TECHNOLOGY"

I had a minor problem that Jossie helped me with in no time then she proceeded to give me information on passwords , how to store them and then a lesson on the mouse and how to search the internet with various icons. This information I did not know and is valid info as I am not computer orientated. Jossie is a credit to you R.C.C. club

Tutor Jake, Patient, pleasant personality. An excellent teacher who explains clearly in plain non technical language. Lets me set the agenda and topics that l wish to cover/ investigate that lesson.
